Catalog and GST
Per hall, per plate, per tax line.
Hall hire, catering and decor are saved items with their rates. The GST lines follow the client: CGST and SGST in your state, IGST from another.
CRM for halls, gardens, studios and private dining
Nod CRM turns "is the hall free on the 12th?" into a quote with your cancellation and damage terms, signed from the client's phone, and a deposit paid by UPI QR for the exact amount. The balance reminder goes out before the event. No client account, no PDF.
Hi! Is the hall free on Sat 12 Dec? Engagement dinner, about 120 guests. Can we come and see it this week?
Thanks for coming by. Here's the quote for the date, with our terms. ₹50,000 holds it.

"Is the hall free on the 12th? Can we come and see it?" arrives on WhatsApp or by email. It is a lead in Nod the moment it arrives, and the team answers from one shared inbox. You fix the visit in the same thread.
Hall hire, catering per plate, decor and sound live in the catalog. Pick them, set the guest count and the date, and send the proposal as a link. CGST and SGST at 9% each for a client in your state; IGST at 18% for one from another.
Cancellation, damage, timings and the music cut-off are in the proposal the client signs. They verify with a one-time code sent to their email and e-sign; the audit trail records who signed and when.
The client scans your UPI QR for the exact deposit at the deal's deposit step, then taps I've paid and adds the UPI reference. You confirm, and the deposit shows paid.
Reminders go out before the balance is due, on the due date and when it's overdue, by WhatsApp or email. The client pays by UPI or bank transfer and taps I've paid; you confirm.
Numbered, dated, with your GSTIN and the client's, and CGST and SGST or IGST as their own lines. The event itself can open a project for the setup tasks, on every plan.
