Proposal
Fixed fee or hours, on one page.
Discovery at a fixed fee, the build at your hourly rate. Each line is a saved service from your catalog, so the next proposal is a few taps.
CRM for consultants, developers and professional services
Nod CRM turns "can you help us with this?" into an NDA, a signed proposal, a deposit and an invoice built from the hours you logged. Fixed fee or hourly, in the client's currency. Paid by bank transfer or UPI, straight to your account.
Hi Dana, thanks for signing the NDA. Here's the proposal: a fixed-fee discovery, then the build at my hourly rate, then the handover. Open it, have a look, and sign when you're ready.

"Can you help us fix our order reporting?" arrives by email, or on WhatsApp. Forward it to your Nod address, or connect your inbox and it is already a lead. The team answers from one shared inbox.
Open the contract wizard, pick Non-Disclosure Agreement, mutual or one-way, and answer a few questions. Nod drafts it from your answers; you read it, edit it, and send it to the client's portal to sign.
A fixed fee for discovery, hours at your rate for the build, or both on one proposal. The lines come from your catalog of services. Sent by email from Nod's address, or in the WhatsApp thread.
The client verifies with a one-time code sent to their email and e-signs. The deposit step shows your bank details; they pay, tap I've paid and add the reference. You confirm.
Tasks on a board, with subtasks, checklists, comments and files. Track time on the task you are working on, and share the tasks the client needs to see in their portal.
Logged hours turn into invoice lines. The invoice is numbered, dated and in the client's currency: US dollars with your EIN and no sales tax line for a US client.

Proposal
Discovery at a fixed fee, the build at your hourly rate. Each line is a saved service from your catalog, so the next proposal is a few taps.
E-sign
Dana opens the proposal, verifies with a one-time code sent to her email, and e-signs. No account, no password. The audit trail records who signed and when.
Deposit
Set a deposit on the deal. Dana pays it by bank transfer at the deal's deposit step and taps I've paid with the reference. You confirm; nothing is marked paid until you do.
Contracts
Six contract types, drafted from your answers, including an NDA, a Statement of Work and a Change Order. A starting draft to read and edit, then signed in the client's portal. How contracts work.
During the engagement
On every plan, the signed deal opens a project. Track time on the task you are working on, share the tasks the client needs to see in their portal, and turn the logged hours into invoice lines.
The invoice
The six hours of data migration Dana asked for mid-build came straight from the timer. Invoice INV-0063 is numbered, dated and in US dollars, with your EIN and no sales tax line. Reminders go before it is due, on the day and when it is overdue.
