"Do you do packages?" arrives on WhatsApp, or by email. It is a lead in Nod the moment it arrives, and you answer in the same thread.
Sessions, the assessment and the nutrition guide live in your catalog. Pick them, add your terms, and send the proposal in the WhatsApp chat. Or describe the package in a voice note and a Smart Deal drafts the deal and the proposal.
Your health declaration, waiver, cancellation window and reschedule rule are part of the proposal. The client verifies with a one-time code sent to their email and e-signs on their phone.
The deposit step shows a QR for the exact amount. They scan it, pay, tap I've paid and add the UPI reference. You confirm, and the deal shows the deposit paid.
On Solo and up, reminders go before the balance is due, on the due date and when it is overdue, by WhatsApp or email. Nobody has to send "just a gentle reminder".

Each line is a saved item with its rate. The waiver and your cancellation rule travel in the same proposal, so one signature covers both.
E-sign
Kavya verifies with a one-time code sent to her email and signs on her phone. No account, no printout to bring to the park. The audit trail records who signed and when.
Paid by UPI
The deposit step shows a UPI QR for exactly ₹16,520. Kavya scans it, taps I've paid and adds the reference. You confirm. Nod never holds the money and takes no fee.
Reminders
You see when the proposal was opened. On Solo and up, reminders go before the balance is due, on the day, and when it is overdue, by WhatsApp or email.
Invoice
INV-0074 is numbered, dated, in rupees, with your GSTIN and CGST and SGST at 9% each. When you confirm the balance, it shows paid.
Between sessions
On every plan, the signed deal can open a project. Each session is a task, and the food log is a task you share with the client. They see it in their portal, behind the same one-time code.
What Nod leaves to other tools
There is no session booking calendar yet, no recurring memberships or autopay, and no class scheduling. Keep your calendar and your class app for those. Invoices are created in Nod and are not emailed yet.

Yes. Put your waiver, health declaration and cancellation terms in the proposal. The client opens the link from the chat, verifies with a one-time code and e-signs. No account, no app, no paper. The code always arrives by email, so the client needs an email address.
Add your UPI ID in Nod. The client scans a QR for the exact amount, on the deal's deposit step, the invoice or in WhatsApp, pays, taps I've paid and enters the UPI reference. You get a notification and confirm. Nothing is marked paid until you do, and Nod takes no fee on any plan.
