Proposal
The room, priced in three lines.
Design, sourcing and the install day are saved items with their rates. VAT at 20% sits on its own line.
CRM for interior designers, landscapers, stagers and organisers
Nod CRM turns "could you come and have a look?" into a signed proposal and a deposit, in the thread the client already wrote in. The room runs as a project the client can see. When the scope grows, a change order. The invoice adds it up, with VAT on its own line.
Thanks for coming round on Tuesday. We'd love to go ahead with the living room. What do you need from us?
Here's the proposal from the visit. Sign it, pay the deposit, and I'll start the moodboard.

"Could you come and have a look?" arrives on WhatsApp or by email. It is a lead in Nod the moment it arrives, and you arrange the visit in the same thread.
The design fee, sourcing and the install day are items in your catalog. Pick them, add your terms, and send the proposal as a link in the thread or by email.
The client verifies with a one-time code sent to their email and e-signs. The deposit step shows your bank details; they pay by bank transfer, tap I've paid and add the reference. You confirm.
Measure, moodboard, order and install as tasks on a board. Share the moodboard task with the client; they see it in their portal, behind the same one-time code. Track your time as you go.
"Could you do the hallway too?" Open the contract wizard, choose Change Order, and describe the change, the fee and the timeline. Nod drafts it; the client signs it in their portal.
Logged hours and the extra items become invoice lines. Numbered, dated, in pounds, with VAT at 20% as its own line for a UK client.
The sample deal, as an interior designer sees it
Proposal
Design, sourcing and the install day are saved items with their rates. VAT at 20% sits on its own line.
E-sign
Hannah opens the proposal on her phone, verifies with a one-time code sent to her email, and e-signs. No account, no printing. The audit trail records who signed and when.
Deposit
Hannah pays the deposit by bank transfer at the deal's deposit step and taps I've paid with the reference. You confirm, and the deal shows the deposit paid.
The project
On every plan, the signed deal opens a project. Share the moodboard task and Hannah sees it in her portal, behind the same one-time code. Track your time on each task as you go.
Change order
The contract wizard drafts a Change Order from your answers: what changed, the fee, the timeline. A starting draft to read and edit, then signed in the client's portal. How contracts work.
The invoice
The six hours logged on the hallway and the mirror you sourced for it become invoice lines. INV-0086 is numbered, dated and in pounds, with VAT at 20% as its own line and your bank details for the transfer.

Questions from interior designers and home services
Yes. Open the contract wizard and choose Change Order. Describe the change and its effect on the fee and the timeline, and Nod drafts it from your answers. It is a starting draft: read it, edit it, then send it to the client's portal, where they sign by typing their full legal name.

Yes, on every plan. Log your hours on the project and turn them into invoice lines, and add the extra items, like a mirror you sourced, as lines of their own.
No. Nod has no product sourcing, purchase orders, floor plans or moodboard tools. It runs the proposal, the signature, the deposit, the project tasks and the invoice. Invoices are created in Nod and are not emailed yet.
A deposit, yes. Set one on the deal and the client pays it at the deal's deposit step, by bank transfer, or by scanning your UPI QR for the exact amount in India, then taps I've paid; you confirm. Milestone schedules, each with its own due date and reminders, are still being built.
