Packages, not paragraphs.
Each line is a saved item with its rate. The proposal is the package plus the date and your terms.
CRM for photographers and videographers
Nod CRM turns "are you free on the 14th?" into a signed package and a payment, in the thread the client already wrote in. Stripe for cards and bank. Razorpay and UPI if your clients are in India. No client account, no PDF, no chasing.
Loved the shoot you did for Leaf & Co. Could you do our new menu and the storefront? What would it cost?
Here's the package. Sign when you're ready.
Proposal P-0041Brand shoot · Harbour Street Bakery$2,150.00Open and signHow a shoot gets booked
"Are you free on the 14th?" arrives on WhatsApp or by email. It is a lead in Nod the moment it arrives: forward it to your Nod address, or connect your inbox and it is already there.
Your packages live in the catalog: a half day, a full day, a second shooter, an album. Pick them, add the date and your terms, and send the proposal in the same thread. No PDF.
The client opens the deal page, verifies with a one-time code sent to their email, and e-signs. You get the opened ping and read receipts; reminders go out if it goes quiet.
Card or bank through Stripe; UPI or card through Razorpay for clients in India. The payment is matched to the deal, so you never reconcile a transfer against a spreadsheet.
Numbered, dated, in the client's currency, with the tax lines their country expects: EIN for the US, VAT for the EU and UK, GST for India.
Culling, editing and delivery as tasks on a board. Share the "pick your favourites" task with the client. Log editing hours and bill them as invoice lines if the scope grows.

Catalog
Each line is a saved item with its rate. The proposal is the package plus the date and your terms.
E-sign
Your terms travel with the proposal. The signature is verified by a one-time code, and the audit trail records who signed and when.
Paid on the spot
The client pays on the deal page. The invoice, INV-0041, is created the moment the payment lands.
After the shoot
On every plan, a signed deal opens a project on its own. The client sees the tasks you share in their portal, behind the same one-time code. Logged hours can become invoice lines when the scope grows.
What Nod leaves to other tools
Nod runs the booking, the signature, the payment and the invoice. Delivery stays with your gallery tool. Invoices are created in Nod and are not emailed yet.

Questions from photographers

Yes. Packages are items in your products and services catalog, so a proposal is a few taps: pick the package, add the date, send.
Invoices are issued in the client's currency with the right tax lines: EIN for a US client, VAT for the EU and UK, GST for India. Stripe handles cards and bank payments; Razorpay handles UPI and cards in India.

Yes, on every plan: log the hours on the project and turn them into invoice lines.
Not yet. Today an invoice is either paid or unpaid. Payment schedules are being built now: a retainer, milestone payments and the balance before delivery, each with its own due date, pay link and reminders, with Paid and Balance due shown on every invoice and in the client portal. There is no booking scheduler yet either; one is planned after payments.
