Dubsado alternative

Nod CRM vs Dubsado, without the brochure.

Dubsado is a configurable client-management system: forms, workflows, portals and payment plans you set up to fit your business. Nod CRM is a narrower tool for one job: a client's message becomes a signed proposal, a payment and an invoice, in the thread they wrote in. Here is where they differ, and where Nod loses.

Dubsado figures are from dubsado.com/pricing and help.dubsado.com on 16 October 2026. Dubsado is a trademark of its owner; Nod is not affiliated with it.

Choose Dubsado if

You want to build your own system.

You like configuring forms, templates and workflows to match exactly how you work, you need payment plans and scheduling, and your clients expect email and a portal.

Choose Nod CRM if

You want the deal closed in the thread.

Your clients write on WhatsApp or email and you want the proposal, the signature, the payment and the invoice as one record from that thread, with the currency and tax lines handled per client, and nothing to configure first.
