A Smart Deal is one voice note or text turned into a deal and a proposal. The Nod fee applies to payments your clients make online through Nod; the payment provider charges its own fees on every plan.

About pricing.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens after the trial?

You move to the Free plan and keep all your data. Upgrade whenever you are ready.

What counts as a user?

Anyone who can log in and edit. Bookkeepers are free and view-only, so they do not count as users.

Do you charge fees on payments?

Only on the Free plan, where Nod takes 2% of online payments. Paid plans have no Nod fee. The payment provider charges its own fees on every plan.
