United States
Your EIN, no sales tax line.
A US client gets an invoice in dollars with your EIN on it and no sales tax line.
Nod CRM invoicing
Nod CRM writes the invoice from the deal: numbered, dated, in the client's currency, with the tax lines their country expects. Your UPI QR or bank details are on it. The client pays you directly, taps I've paid, and you confirm.
How an invoice gets paid
The client, the line items and the terms come from the deal. Nothing is typed twice. Hours logged on the project can be added as invoice lines.
Each invoice takes the next number, an issue date and a due date, in the client's currency. Your workspace keeps its own currency and timezone for reporting.
Your EIN and no sales tax line for a US client. VAT reverse-charged at 0% for an EU business. VAT at 20% for the UK. CGST and SGST, or IGST, in India.
In India, a UPI QR for the exact amount, on the invoice and in WhatsApp. Everywhere else, your bank details on the invoice.
The client taps I've paid and enters the UPI or bank reference. You get a notification and confirm. Nothing is marked paid until you do.
Before it is due, on the due date, and when it is overdue, by WhatsApp or email. Automatic invoice reminders are on Solo, Team and Studio.

The sample invoice, start to paid
Logged hours
On every plan, time logged on a project can be turned into invoice lines. No timesheet in another app.
UPI QR or bank details
A UPI QR for the exact amount in India, your bank details elsewhere. The client taps I've paid with the reference, and you confirm.
Reminders
By WhatsApp or email, in the channel the client already uses. Automatic invoice reminders are on Solo and up.
Payment status
Every invoice and every payment in one list that is always current, whatever the currency. When a client taps I've paid, it waits for your confirmation.
What Nod leaves to other tools
Invoices are created in Nod and clients see them in their portal; they are not emailed yet. There are no card payments or payment links, and no automatic matching against your bank: the client taps I've paid and you confirm. Your bookkeeping stays in your accounting software.

Straight to you. In India they scan your UPI QR for the exact amount; elsewhere they pay by bank transfer to the bank details on the invoice. Then they tap I've paid and enter the reference. You get a notification and confirm; nothing is marked paid until you do. Nod never holds the money and takes no fee.
Before the balance is due, on the due date, and when it is overdue, by WhatsApp or email. Automatic invoice reminders are included on Solo, Team and Studio.

Not yet. Invoices are created in Nod, and your client sees them in their portal behind the one-time code. There are no card payments or payment links either: clients pay you by UPI or bank transfer.
