Nod CRM deals and proposals

One link. Signed, and the deposit paid.

A Nod CRM deal turns "what would it cost?" into a proposal link in the thread the client already wrote in. They open it on their phone, verify with a one-time code, sign, and pay the deposit by UPI or bank transfer, straight to your account. You see every step land.

We're moving the store to Shopify before the spring drop. Can you redesign it? What would it cost?

Here's the proposal. Half up front, the rest at launch.

How a deal moves

Lead to deposit, in one thread.

  1. 01

    The lead arrives.

A message on WhatsApp or an email becomes a lead. Forward the email to your Nod address, or connect your inbox and it is already there. Your team answers from one shared inbox.

  2. 02

    Build the proposal.

Pick items from your products and services catalog, or type the line items. Or start from a Smart Deal: one voice note or text, turned into a deal and a proposal. Set a deposit if you want one.

  3. 03

    Send it as a link.

In the WhatsApp thread the client is already in, or by email from [email protected]. The client gets a mobile deal page, not a PDF.

  4. 04

    See it land.

You get a ping when it is opened, and read receipts on what you sent. If it goes quiet, a reminder goes out by WhatsApp or email.

  5. 05

    They verify and sign.

The client enters a one-time code that always arrives by email, then e-signs on the deal page. No account, no password. The audit trail records who signed and when.

  6. 06

    They pay the deposit.

At the deal's deposit step: a UPI QR for the exact amount in India, your bank details everywhere else. They tap I've paid and add the reference; you confirm. Nothing is marked paid until you do.

Line items or catalog

A proposal in a few taps.

Each line is a saved item with its rate, or one you type. Your terms and the deposit travel with it.

Opened, read receipts, reminders

No more "did you see it?"

You see when it was read and when it was opened. If it goes quiet, a reminder goes out by WhatsApp or email.

Pipeline

Every deal on one board.

Leads, qualified prospects and active clients, in columns on one pipeline board. Nothing lives in a spreadsheet.

Smart Deals

Say it once. Get a deal and a proposal.

One voice note or text is turned into a deal and a proposal for you to check before it goes out. 3 a month on Free, 30 on Solo, unlimited on Team and Studio.

What Nod leaves to other tools

No cards, no schedules yet.

Clients pay by UPI or bank transfer only: no card payments and no payment links. A deposit works today; milestone schedules with their own due dates are being built next. Emailed proposals come from Nod's address, not your own inbox.

Questions about deals

Before you send one.

Does my client need an account to sign a proposal?

No. They open the link, verify with a one-time code we send to their email, and e-sign on the deal page. No account, no password, no app.

Can I send a proposal on WhatsApp and by email?

Yes. Send the link in the WhatsApp thread the client is already in, or by email. Emailed proposals come from Nod's address, [email protected], not from your own mailbox. The client opens the same deal page from either.

What is a Smart Deal?

One voice note or text, turned into a deal and a proposal you check before you send it. Free includes 3 a month and Solo 30; Team and Studio are unlimited.

How do I take a deposit on a deal?

Set the deposit on the deal. The client pays it at the deal's deposit step, by scanning your UPI QR for the exact amount in India or by bank transfer to your bank details elsewhere. They tap I've paid and add the reference; you get a notification and confirm. Nothing is marked paid until you do. Milestone schedules, each with its own due date and reminders, are still being built.

Will I know when the client has opened it?

Yes. You get a ping when the proposal is opened, and read receipts on what you sent. If it goes quiet, reminders go out by WhatsApp or email.

Can clients pay a deal by card?

No. Nod has no payment gateway and no payment links. Clients pay you directly by UPI or bank transfer, the money never passes through Nod, and Nod takes no fee on any plan.
